When should I move out of the property?

Most agreements of purchase and sale provide for a completion deadline of 6 pm on the closing day. 

However, if your agreement of purchase and sale provides for delivery of vacant possession, you should plan to move out of the property early in the day in order to allow the lawyers to close in time before the land registry office closes at 5 pm.
