When do I have to provide the keys to my lawyer?

You should ask your realtor to leave the keys in a lockbox at the property and provide our office with the code to the lockbox prior to closing. On closing, we will provide the buyer’s lawyer with the access code. Alternatively, your realtor may release the keys upon our confirmation of closing.
