Property not clean on Closing

Your closing was completed but as soon as you entered in the property, you noticed that the property is not clean. What are you supposed to do?

The seller’s obligation with respect to the state of the property on closing would be in the Agreement of Purchase and Sale. 

You should take photos of the property and send them to your lawyer and ask that they review the Agreement of Purchase and Sale and inform the seller’s lawyer of any breaches of the seller’s obligations.
