What IDs are acceptable for the ID verification process?

We require two pieces of ID. One will need to be a government-issued photo ID such as

Driver’s Licence
Permanent Resident Card
Citizenship Card
Passport

The second piece of ID can be either of the above or a credit card.

Please note the Health Cards can not be accepted as a form of identification.

We will be asking you to upload your IDs to our portal.

Please make sure to upload scanned copies or pictures of both the front and back of two original pieces of identification for every person who is named on the Agreement of Purchase and Sale and/or who will be going on title or will be paying or receiving funds.
