What happens at the Initial Video Conference?

At the initial video conference, we will verify your IDs as our clients, therefore you need to have your two valid pieces of ID present with you during the meeting. Please note that you should have the same IDs that you previously uploaded to our system. We will also go over your transaction intake form to ensure all the information are complete and correct. You will have the opportunity to meet the real estate lawyer in the meeting to answer any questions that you may have.

Please note that all clients involved in the transaction should join the meeting including spouses and guarantors, if applicable

The initial video conference typically takes between 30 to 40 minutes.
