How do I hire Lexpand for my Real Estate Closing?
In order to retain us for your closing, please take the following steps:
- Use our closing costs calculator at https://closings.lexpand.ca/.
- Enter your transaction information such as the purchase price and deposit amount and in the last step enter your email address and click on Send Email to receive the closing costs details. You may copy your mortgage broker or real estate agent on the email.
- You will receive an email from Lexpand Real Estate Lawyers with the details of your closing costs. Review that email and if you decide to work with us, click on the Hire Us Now button in the email.
- On the page that opens, enter your full name, property address, and the closing date and click on Submit.
We will then complete a conflict search and if there is no conflict, we will open your file and send your our initial correspondence within one business day.
A conflict can exist in a number of circumstances including when we already act for the other party to the transaction.
