When do I sign the closing documents?

Ideally, signing usually takes place a few days before closing. We can prepare the signing documents when we have all the required documents (including mortgage instructions for purchase/refinancing matters). We will prepare the closing documents and send them to you for electronic signing. You should ensure that you have completed your initial video conference and completed the intake form before your closing so we can prepare the closing documents accordingly.  You should make sure your personal information on closing documents is correct including the spelling of your name, Date of Birth and address for service.
