My realtor/bank is going to pay my legal fee. What do I do?

If your realtor, broker or any other third party wants to cover your legal fees, you may instruct them to send an e-transfer to closings@lexpand.com and provide us with the password and the matter information by sending and email to closings@lexpand.com

We will apply the credit to your account and confirm receipt of the funds. Please note that you will still receive the invoice but we will confirm that the invoice is paid and you do not need to take any action. We can also send a payment link to your realtor and he/she can process the payment of the legal fees on your behalf using a credit card. Please send an email to closings@lexpand.com and let us know if someone other than you will pay the legal fee and we can make the required arrangements.
