How will I know if my transaction has closed?

As soon as we close, we will be sending you an email to notify you of the completion of the transaction. Closing day is usually a busy day for the lawyers working on the transaction as they spend most of the day exchanging closing items and funds and addressing deficiencies. This being said, registration typically takes place closer to the end of the day between 4 to 5 pm.
