How do I know who is currently on title?

To determine who is on the title of a property, you should check the deed/transfer that was registered at the time the property was purchased. The deed/transfer would have been given to you by your lawyer when you completed the purchase. 

If you can’t locate your deed/transfer, you can ask us to complete a title search for you and obtain it from the Land Registry Office.
